Home modifications are changes to the structure, layout or fittings of a participants home so they can safely access it and move around comfortable in areas they frequently use.

They are based on a thorough assessment done by an Occupational Therapist and can range from something as simple as installing grab rails, hand rails and hand held shower hoses to full bathroom modifications and major access ramps.
