Home Modifications

Home modifications are changes to the structure, layout or fittings of a participants home so they can safely access it and move around comfortable in areas they frequently use.

They are based on a thorough assessment done by an Occupational Therapist and can range from something as simple as installing grab rails, hand rails and hand held shower hoses to full bathroom modifications and major access ramps.

At Aged Care & Medical, our network of builders and tradesmen are fully qualified and registered with the VBA. They work closely with healthcare professionals and clients to achieve exceptional results for both the clients and their families.

Funding can be accessed via a range of government funded organisations or self funded.
